DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY
Delivery policy:

Return policy:
– You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by email or phone within the 14-day period. You must also return the goods to us within 14 days of cancellation, at your own cost and in their original packaging and condition.
– We will refund you the full amount you paid for the goods, including the delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or receiving proof of return. We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless you agree otherwise.
– You do not have the right to cancel your order if the goods are custom-made, personalised, perishable, or sealed for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.
– If the goods you receive are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have the right to return them and request a repair, replacement, or refund. You must notify us of any defects within 30 days of delivery or discovery of the fault. We will cover the cost of return and send you a prepaid label or arrange a collection.
